Inquest 24 Jun 1661 of Thomas Lattimer which lived with John Chater of
Wells and ran away from him this month and was found drowned in Saco
river, jury: Thomas Williams, Henry Waddocke, James Gibbines, William
Scadlock, John Sparke, Ralph Trustrum, John Bouden, Freegrace Norton,
Nicholas Buly, William Kirkeet, Edward Andrews, Nicholas Edgecome, Edward
Clark and Jacob Wornwood.
Freeman of Saco indicted for not attending the orders of the
Massachusetts court, handed down 07 Jul 1663: Mr Williams, Richard
Hitchcox, Ralph Trustram, Henry Waddocke, James Gibbines, Nicholas
Edgecome, Edward Sanders, John Smyth, Richard Cummins, Thomas Rogers, John
Bonython and Roger Hill.
Soldiers at Saco Fort 16 Dec 1696, Orders signed Capt Anthony Brackett,
detailing the following men to serve under Capt John Hill. James
Tufts, Thomas Southeron, Umphrey Dearing, Abel Pilsbury, George Wittey,
John Crocker, Edward Evenes, Jonathon Whittney, James Smith, Jonathan
Moriss, Jonathan Stimson, Sameul Shorey, Lodwick Dowes, Isaac Holding,
Samuel Smith, Ephraim Craftte and Experance Poope. Soldiers
discharged were Jonathan Whitney, Samuel Pitcher, Issac Cleveland, Samuel
Smith and John Stevenson.
