In the Name of God Amen I John Perrins of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland, Farmer, being in Health, and of Sound Mind and Memory and Understanding, Best considering the uncertainty of this Transitory Life, Do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

First of all I give and bequeath unto my three sons Edward Perrins, John Perrins, and Joseph Perrins all my Real Estate to be equally devided amongst them, in manner and form following/Viz:/

That all my Lands shall be sold, and the money arising therefrom to be equally devided amongst them, my said three sons, to each an equal third part thereof their Heirs or Assigns. Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susannah Fifty pounds current money to be paid unto her, her Heirs or Assigns out of my Estate in one year after my decease. Also, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary, fifty pounds current money to be paid unto her, her Heirs and Assigns in one year after my decease. Also I give and bequeath unto each of my Grand Children /Viz: to each of my sons Children and Daughters Children, five pounds current money, to be paid unto them in one year after my decease.

Also all the remainder of my personal Estate after paying my just and Lawful Debts and above Legacys, I give and bequeath unto Edward Perrins, John Perrins and Joseph Perrins my three sons, equally betwait them.

And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Edward Perrins, John Perrins and Joseph Perrins Executors of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth days of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Nine.___

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named John Perrins as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of Us who have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator and in the presence of Each other.____

On the back of the aforegoing Will was thus written Viz: On the 17th Day of January 1770 came Joseph Smith and Robert Smith two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the aforegoing Will and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they did see the Testator, John Perrins, Sign and Seal the said Will and heard him Publish, pronounce & Declare the same to be his Last Will and Testament and that at the Time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of a sound and disposing mind and Memory and that also did see John Reynolds the other subscribing Witness to the said Will sign his name as Witness thereto and that they severally subscribed their names as Witnesses to the said Will in presence of the said Testator and in the presence of each other. ___
