At a session of said court, held at the court house in the village of Ionia in said county on the 11the day of February 1869 Present, Hon. Louis S. Sovell, Circuit Judge.
This cause having been brought on to.. board upon the Bill of complaint filed therein taken as confessed by the defendant and upon the report of Benjamin Spencer Esquire the Circuit Court Commissioner for said County of Ionia to whom it was referred by an order heretofore entered therein, to take proofs of the material facts charged in such Bill of Complaint; thereupon on reading the Bill of Complaint, the report of such Circuit Court Commissioner, and the proofs accompanying the same, together with the opinion of said Circuit Court Commissioner upon such proofs, from which it satisfactorily appear to this court that the material facts charged in such Bill of COmplaint are true, and that the defendant, William Foster has been guilty of the several acts of cruelty therein charged; on motion of W.B. Wells? Esquire, of Counsel for said Complaint, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed and this court by virtue of the authority therein vested, and in pursuance of the statute in such case made and provided, Doth Order, Adjudge and Decree, that the marriage between the said complainants, Turzah Foster and the said defendant William Foster be dissolved and the same is hereby dissolved, accordingly and a divorce from the bonds of matrimony, between said parties, is also adjudged an decreed.
