ALBERT RANGE , 78, who retired from the Detroit Fire Department in 1950 after 25 years, died Monday, (19 January 1976) in St. Joseph Hospital West, Clinton Township. A native of Warren, he was employed by Jock & Meldrum Pulmbing and Heating of Mount Clemens, since his retirement from the fire department. He was a member of the Detroit Fire Fighters Association. He is survived by his wife, Lena, son, Edward of Bloomfield Hills; daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Loretta) Cryderman of Florida, and Mrs. Basil (Lenora) Kryvicky of Ohio; step son Eric Englehardt of Warren; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and sister, Mrs. Paul Kutchey of Mount Clemens. His wife Josephine predeceased him. The remains will lie in state in the Will & Schwarzkoff Funeral Home 233 N. Gratiot, Mount Clemens, from 2 p.m. today until 9 p.m. Wednesday. The body then will lie in state in St. Luke Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. Thursday until services at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Charles Looker officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.

HERMAN RANGE - An early resident of Warren, Herman Range, 80, who had an extensive produce farm extending along Ryan from Eight to Nine Mile roads, died Thursday (27 May 1965) in Holy Cross Hospital after a short illness. Mr. Range was born on this property in 1885 and later built up a huge produce business, selling on the Detroit markets, where he was known as the "rhubarb and radish king" because of the vegetables in which he specialized. The house in which he lived, at 22585 Ryan, was the orginal Range homestead. He is survived by his wife, Doris, a brother, Albert, a sister, Mrs. Anna Kutchey, of Mount Clemens, and three stepchildren, John Hild, Mrs. Betty Orban, and Mrs. Glenda Journeau. Services will be held at the E. J. Mandzuik Funeral Home, 22642 Ryan, Tuesday, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The hour f the service had not been determined. Born November 1, 1844, Germany. Died December 8, 1913 from Broucho-pneumonia. His father's name was John Wulff born in Germany, his mothers'name was unknown to his children. He owned a farm on Eight Mile road and is survived by his son William (Anna) Wulff and duaghter Minnie (Fred) Beierman and 10 grandchildren. He was a widower, his wife Mina died before him. He was 69 years, 1 month, and 7 days old. He came to the USA from Germany in 1872. Informant was his son William

JOSEPHINE RANGE , 51, of 37401 Moravian Drive, died yesterday (22 April 1952) at the home of her daughter in Detroit after a long illness. Mrs. Range was forn in Belgium and had lived in this country for the 45 years. Surviving are her husband, Albert J.; two daughters, Mrs. Loretta Cyderman and Mrs. Leonara Engel; one son, Edward; four brothers and sisters and two grandchildren, Raymond and Sandra. Last rites will be held at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 12057 Gratiot, Detroit, Saturday at 9:15 a.m. and at Our Lady of Sorrow Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.

WILLIAM RANGE , 57 died suddenly at his home at 27060 Ryann road, Warren Township, on Jan. 24, and funeral services were held from the Maas Funeral Home, Detroit, on Jan. 27. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Heyn read the funeral service. Mr. Range is survived by two brothers, Herman and Albert, and two sisters, Mrs. Augusta Osborn and Mrs. Anna Kutchey.

CHRIST REVOLDT - Funeral Services will be held in Mount Clemens on Thursday for Christ Revoldt, age 88 years, of 686 Ormsby street, who died on Tuesday (30 March 1948) at St. Joseph hospital following an illness. Mr. Revoldt was a native of Germany, coming to this county as a child with his parents the late Charles and Mary Revoldt. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. His wife, Minnie, died here seven years ago. Surviving is a stepdaughter, Mrs. Anne Wolf, of Hazel Park, and a brother Gust, of Mount Clemens. Funeral services will be at the D. N. Cooley funeral home on Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wilfred J. Junke officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit.
