CHARLES HINCHMAN

Born, Detroit; son of Theodore H. and Louisa (Chapin) Hinchman; educated in public schools of Detroit. Grew up in the durg business, his father having been one of the pioneer druggistsof Detroit; became member of the firm of T. H. Hinchman & Sons; 1873; the title later being changer to T. H. Henchman, Sons & Co.; has been second vice president Williams, Davis, Brooks & Henchman Sons since merger of T.H. Hinchman & Sons with Williams, Davis & Brooks, 1896; operation under title of the Michigan Drug Co., of which he is second vice president. Office: Congress and Bates Sts. Residence: 216 Seminole Av.

JOHN M. HINCHMAN

Born, Detroit, 1845; son of Theodore H. and Louisa (Chapin) Hinchman; educated in public schools of detroit and University of Michigan. Became partner in drug business with his father as T. H. Hinchman & Son, 1868; the name being changed to T.H. Hinchman & Sons, 1873; and T.H. Hinchman and Son's Co., in 1895; merged with Williams, Davis & Brooks, 1896, under the title of Williams, Davis, Brooks & Hinchman Sons, of which he is treasurer and auditor; also treasurer and auditor of Michigan Drug Co. Member of Board of Commerce, member of Sigma Phi. Clubs: Detroit, Country. Office: Congress and Bates Sts. Residence: The Pasadena.
