CHRISTOPHER MILLER
Physician; born in Unadilla Co., N.Y., Apr. 19, 1846; son of John B. and Abigal A. (French) Miller; educated in district schools, Oxford Academy, N.Y., graduating, 1865, and at Hahnemann College, Philadelphia, M.D., 1868; married at Oxford, N.Y., Feb. 14, 1871, Ellen L. Stratton. Practiced in New York City, 1868-75; removed to Detroit, 1875; president board of trustees Detroit Homeopathic College and member college faculty; member staff Grace hospital (ex-president); member Board of Health, City of Detroit, 1892-93 (president, 1893). Republican. Congregationalist. Member American Institute of Homeopathy (ex-vice president), Michigan State Homeopathic Society. Address: 31 Winder St., Detroit. Summer residence: Maceday Lake, Mich.

SHERMAN RALSEY MILLER
Manufacturer; born, Unadilla Center, N.Y., Jan. 24, 1852; son of John Bud and Abbey Ann (Finch) Miller; educated at Oxford Academy, N.Y.; married at New Canaan, Conn., 1877, Emma Estelle Flandreau, who died in 1902. Reared on farm; came to Detroit at 17 and entered employ of D.M. Ferry & Co., 1879; became managing director of the Canadian business of the firm, with headquarters at Windsor, Ont.; resigned position, 1899, on account of ill health, and has since devoted his attention mainly to the Royal Manufacturing Co. and the Imperial Silverware Co., Windsor, Ont., manufacturers and jobbers of silverware, of which he has been proprietor since its organization, more than twenty years ago. Also vice president National Pin Co., American Harrow Co., Incandescent Light and Stove Co., of Cincinnati, O., Safety Gaslight Co., Chicago, Ill.; director D.M. Ferry & Co. Republican. Congregationalist. Mason. Clubs: Detroit, Detroit Athletic, Old Club, Caledon Mountain Trout Club; Strollers’ Club (New York). Recreations: Horses, shooting. Office: 85 Congress St., W.
