Born, Westminster, Vt., Dec. 9, 1846; son of Thomas W. and Rebecca (Richardson) Wiley; educated in Vermont district schools and academics; married at Detroit, I877, Frances M.. Willits. Came to Detroit, 1868, and has ever since been engaged in produce commission business; head of the firm of D. 0. Wiley & Co. Also president Acme Oil Co., of Detroit. Member International Apple Shippers' Association (president), Detroit Produce Exchange. Republican. Congregationalist. Mason (32'). Office: 20 W. Woodbridge St. Residence: 284 Hancock Av.

Came to Detroit, 1876, and became associated with his brother in produce commission business; has been junior member of the firm of D. 0. Wiley & Co. since 1887. Member Detroit Produce Exchange (secretary), and Detroit branch National League of Commission Merchants (secretary). Member Board of House of Corrections (appointed by Mayor Codd, 1905). Republican.
