BROWN, Otto M. to GOLDER, Alice Ann
Miss Alice Golder and Otto M. Brown of Detroit were united in marriage at 8 p.m. Saturday night, April 7 at the parsonage of the Straithmoor First M.E. church of Detroit, by Rev. Charles F. Wolfe, the singe ring ceremony bieng used. The attenants were Miss Dorothy Dillon, cousin of the bride and Joseph Brown, brother of the bridegroom. Following the ceremony a wedding supper was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Borwn at Dearborn. Mr. Brown is a Brown is a brother of the bridegroom. The young couple will be at home at 5734 Wabash, Detroit, Michigan.
The bride is the only daughter of George Golder of this place (Bradford, IL) and graduated from the Bradford high school in 1933. She has since made her home with her father until going to Detroit several weeks ago where she was staying with relatives. The bridegroom is employed in the Dodge factory and is a former Kewanee resident, son of Mrs. M. Brown of Kewanee.

RENE, Damse to CARLING, Minnie
Cards announcing the marriage of Miss Minnie Carling and Damse Rene at the home of the bride's father, James Carling, at Detroit, Mich. on Sept. 10, were received by Superior friends of the couple yesterday. The bride is a former resident of this city, she having been connected with the office of the New York Life Insurance company here for some time up to two years ago, when she moved to Duluth. The bridegroom is a brother of Dr. J.A. Rene of this city and has a large circle of friends at the head of the lakes. Mr. and Mrs. Rene will be at home to their friends at 212 Fifteenth avenue east, Duluth, after Oct 1.
