, age 84. Beloved husband of Irene L. Loving father of Ann L. Tonissen, John E. (Jeanette), Thomas W. (Shelby Foster), Mary Jo (Steven Vahle), Amy I. Lyons and the late Lynn M. (John) Zick. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Resting at the L.J. Griffin Funeral Home, 7707 Middlebelt Road (at Ann Arbor Trail) Friday, 2-9 p.m., Rosary 7:30 p.m. in state Saturday, 9:00 a.m. at St. Mel Catholic Church, 7506 Inkster Road (north of Warren Avenue) until time of Mass at 9:30 a.m.
