ESTATE OF MARTIN MEAGHER

State of Michigan, County of Wayne, Probate Court for said county. In the matter of the estate of Martin Meagher, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, administrator of the estate of said-deceased, by the Hon. Edgar O. Durfee, judge of probate for the county of Wayne, on the 24th day of January, A. D. 1888; there will be sold at public vend to the highest bidder at the premises in the city of Wyandotte, in the county of Wayne in said state, on Tuesday, the 13th day of March, A. D. 1888, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased or at the time of sale, the following described real estate situate and being in the city of Wyandotte, county of Wayne and state of Michigan, to wit: Lot number four *4) of block seventy-two *72( according to the recorded village plat of Wyandotte as made and surveyed by J. F. Munro and duly recorded in the office of the register of deeds for Wayne county, Michigan.
