Fred Chalberg, a young man from Eggelston, Goodhue county, Minn., arrived last Friday to visit at the Peter Turnlund home and with other friends in town of Comstock. Frank G., Alfred and Aaron Johnson returned Sunday morning from Goodhue county where they had visited with relatives and friends and attended the funeral of a brother-in-law. Before coming to Marshall county, nearly 30 years ago, the Johnson brothers lived in Goodhue county and though it is a great and prosperous county, yet, they say, they would never be content to go back to the hills and bluffs there to live, after having become accustomed to the level prairies of the Red River Valley.
