Peterson Thomas

Albert Thomas and Miss Myrtle Peterson, both of Little Rock township, were united in marriage Friday afternoon at 2;30 o'clock in the clerk of courts office in the court house by Rev. G.W. Babcock, of Rushmore. They were accompanied by Miss Laura Thomas, sister of the groom, who acted as bridesmaid, and Harry Peterson, brother of the bride, who was best man. The only guest present at the ceremony was Mrs. M.H. Mansholt, of Rushmore, who is an aunt of the bride. The young couple will reside on a farm near Rushmore.

Popular Worthington Young Lady Is Bride of Iowa Man

Wednesday at 12 o'clock noon the marriage of Miss Lena Apel and Edward G. Rathisberger of Iona was solemnized at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Henry Apel in Clary addition. The ceremony was performed in the presence of but a few immediate relatives and was a quiet affair.

The newly wedded couple expect to leave in a few days for Iona near which place they will begin married life on a farm of the groom's.

DONNAN-SMITH
Editor of the Advance-Herald Brings Bride from the West.

At the home of the bride's parents, two miles from Weiser, Idaho, Thursday, Oct. 14, occurred the marriage of Miss Essie M. Donnan to Herbert H. Smith, editor of the Advance-Herald. The couple started east immediately and will be at home to their friends after Nov. 15 at 803 Third Ave., this city.

The wedding was a simple affair attended by a few relatives of the bride and groom.

Mrs. Smith formerly lived at Independence, Iowa.

Worthington Young Man Brings Bride From St. Paul

The marriage of Miss Laura Ayars and Walter Pfeil took place Thursday afternoon at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Ayars, 1540 Charles st., Rev. W.J. Gray, officiating. Miss May F. Zshoeke and Miss Adelaide Williams were the bride's attendants. George Pfeil was his brother's best man. Mr. and Mrs. Pfeil have gone to their future home, Worthington, Minn. --St. Paul Daily News.

The newly wedded couple will reside on a farm, belonging to the groom's father, south of Ocheyda lake.

Miss Frances C. Reed and Robert E. Russell were married Wednesday at noon at the home of the bride's parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reed, Clary addition. They will live on the Jacobson farm near Brewster. Rev. Ralph Carleton officiated.

Adam Becker Brings Bride From Wisconsin

Wednesday, October 27, at 8 o'clock occurred the wedding of Adam Becker of Worthington to Hannah Bosland at Ogdensburg, Wis., the bride's home.

Miss Marguerite, sister of the groom, and Miss Bessie Johnson, a friend, acted as bridesmaids, while the groom was attended by the bride's brother, Edmond Bosland and Oscar Engbretson. Little Helen Bosland and Donna Mortan, aged 3 years, were flower girls.

Mr. and Mrs. Becker left Thursday for Sheboygan, Milwaukee and other points in Wisconsin, but expect to be at home in Worthington after Dec. 1st.

MARRIED THANKSGIVING DAY
Lee T. Shatto of Worthington and Miss Lena M. Evans of Lind, Minn.

Lee T. Shatto and Miss Lena M. Evans were quietly married at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis D. Brown, two miles east of this city, Thursday, Nov. 25, at 10 o'clock in the morning by Dr. G.A. Cahoon.

The ceremony was a very simple one, the bride and groom being unattended, and only a few of the immediate relatives witnessed the affair.

The rooms were very prettily decorated for the occasion in green and white. A bountiful wedding dinner was served. The newly wedded couple were the recipients of many very beautiful gifts.

Mr. Shatto is a very capable and well-known young man of Worthington and the bride is a popular young lady of Lind, Minn. They expect to make their home on a farm near Worthington. May all the joys and pleasures of married life be theirs, is the wish of the Advance-Herald and their numerous friends.

Clyde Hansberger and Miss Myrtle Turner Wed Thursday Noon

Clyde Hansberger and Miss Myrtle Turner were united in marriage Thanksgiving at high noon at the home of the bride's parents in this city in the presence of immediate relatives and intimate friends, Rev. G.A. Cahoon and Rev. R. Carlton officiating. Owing to the fact that this issue of the Advance-Herald was published early, a detailed account of the marriage was not possible.

MARRIAGE AT BIGELOW
Earl Boetcher and Miss Bessie Reynolds are the Parties

Earl Boetcher and Miss Bessie Reynolds, both popular young people of Bigelow were married Monday evening at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. D.A. Reynolds, in the presence of the immediate relatives only. Rev. Geo. Stowe, pastor of the Bigelow church, officiated. W.D. Lusk of Bigelow, a friend of the groom, acted as best man and Miss Lena Reynolds, sister of the bride, was the bridesmaid.

The newly wedded couple intent to leave in the spring for the southwestern part of South Dakota, where he has a claim on which they will reside.

WILL LIVE AT CASS LAKE
Miss Williams Marries Dr. Galbraith at Elk River

The marriage of Miss Myrtle E. Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.G. Williams of Worthington, to Dr. Logan B. Galbraith, occurred at the M.E. Parsonage Elk River, Minn., Dec. 15th, 1909. Rev. T. Geo. Galbraith, brother of the groom, officiating. Miss Williams has made her home with her aunt Mrs. Wm. Gardner of Cass Lake, for the past two years and has made many friends in the social circle in which she moved. Dr. Galbraith is a graduate of the Northwestern Dental College of Chicago, Ill., class of '08. He is now a resident dentist of Cass Lake, Minn. Dr. and Mrs. Galbraith are on an extended wedding trip and will spend a few days visiting relatives and friends in Worthington. They will be at home to their friends at Cass Lake after Jan. 15th, 1910.
