CHILD HELD FOR AN UNPAID BOARD BILL HAS BEEN RELEASED
Chicago, July 27.—Marie Baker, five years old, who had been held by Mrs. A. Stolpman for a $405 board bill, was turned over to her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Kenny, Renville, Minn. by Judge Asa Adams of the court of domestic relations today and tonight the child started for her new home, leaving behind her all worry over unpaid board bills. When Marie's mother died sometime ago she was taken to Mrs. Stolpman by her father, John Baker, who failed to pay for her board and doctor bills. The case was taken before Judge Adams today and he cut the board and doctor's bill to $30. This was paid by Mr. Kenny and Marie was then turned over to him.
