TERMS. — The Intelligencer will be published every Saturday Morning, at $1 50 per annum, if paid in advance, otherwise the charge will be $2 00.  Advertisements inserted at $1 per square, of ten lines or less, for the first insertion, and fifty cents for each subsequent one. A liberal deduction will be made to those advertising by the year
