Harmony Community

A community surrounded by corn and cotton farmers in the early 1900's, Harmony housed Mr. T. L. Hardee's store, Tom Hailes, Sr. had one also.  The sawmill was operated by Roy Boney and a syrup mill by Guy Scott.

The 1930's and 1940's brought a school into the area with Mrs. Minnie Hardee, Mrs. Nellie Mosley, and Izzie Riley as teachers.
