WHEREAS, There has been deposited in the GENERAL LAND OFFICE of the UNITED STATES a Certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Jackson, Mississippi, whereby it appears that, pursuit to the Acts of Congress approved 20th May, 1862, "To secure Homestead to Actual Settlers Public Domain", and the acts supplemental thereto, the claim of James A. Parker has been established and duly consummated in conformity to law, for the south half of the southeast quarter of Section seventeen in Township three north of Range sixteen east of the Choctaw Meridian, Mississippi, containing seventy-nine and forty-four-hundredths acres, according in the official Plat of the Survey of the said Land, returned to the GENERAL LAND OFFICE OFFICE by the Survey General,

NOW KNOW YE, That there is, therefore, granted by the UNITED STATES unto the said James A. Parker, the tract of Land above described; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract, with the appurtenances thereof, into the said James A. Parker and to his heirs and assigns forever.

IN TESTIMONY, I,  William H. Taft, President of the United States of America, have caused these letters to be made Patent, and the seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed.

GIVEN under my hand, at the City of Washington, the Sixteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Nine, and of the Independence of the United States the one hundred and thirty-four.

Whereas, a Certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Jackson, Mississippi, has been deposited in the General Land Office, whereby it appears that, pursuit to the Act of Congress of May 20, 1862,."To Secure Homestead to Actual Settlers on the Public Domain", and the acts supplemental thereto, the claim of James J. Parker has been established and duly consummated, in conformity of law, for the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Five in Township Three North of Range Fifteen East of the Choctaw Meridian, Mississippi, Containing Forty and seventy-Three- Hundredths acres, according t the Official Play of the Survey of the said Land, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor-General.

NOW KNOW YE, That there is, therefore, granted by the UNITED STATES unto the said claimant the tract of Land above described, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract of Land, with the appurtenances thereof, unto the said claimant and to the heirs and assigns of the said claimant forever.

 IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I,  William H. Taft, President of the United States, have caused these letters to be made Patent, and the seal of the General land Office to be hereunto affixed.  Given under my hand, at the City of Washington, the Twenty day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twelve and of the Independence of the United States the on hundred and Thirty-sixth,

Whereas, Thomas S. Parker, of Clark (sic) County, Mississippi has deposited in the GENERAL LAND OFFICE of the United States, a certificate of the REGISTER OF THE LAND OFFICE at Augustus whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said Thomas S. Parker, according to the provisions of the Act of Congress of the 24th of April, 1820, entitled "An act making further provision for the sale of the Public Land," for the Lot Numbered six, of Section thirty-five in Township three, North of Range fifteen, East in the District of Lands subject to sale in Augustus, Mississippi, containing forty acres and eight-hundredths of an acre, according to the official plot of the Survey of the said Lands, returned to the General Land Office by the SURVEYOR GENERAL, which said tract has been purchased by the said Thomas S. Parker.  BOW KNOW YE, That the United States of America, in consideration of the premise, and in conformity with the several acts of Congress in such case made and provide, HAVE GIVEN AND GRANTED, and by these premises DO GIVE AND GRANT, unto the said Thomas S. Parker and to his heirs, the said tract above described:  To have and to hold the same, together with all rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto the said Thomas S. Parker and to his heirs and assigns forever.

In Testimony Whereof, I, James Buchanan, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, have caused these Letters to be made PATENT, and the SEAL of the GENERAL LAND OFFICE to be hereunto affixed.

Parker, of Clark (sic) County, Mississippi has deposited in the GENERAL LAND OFFICE of the United States, a certificate of the REGISTER OF THE LAND OFFICE at Paulding whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said Thomas S. Parker, according to the provisions of the Act of Congress of the 24th of April, 1820, entitled "An act making further provision for the sale of the Public Land," for the lot number nine, of Section twenty-seven, in Township three, North of Range fifteen, East in the District of Lands subject to sale at Paulding, Mississippi, containing Forty acres and no hundredths of an acre, according to the official plot of the Survey of the said Lands, returned to the General Land Office by the SURVEYOR GENERAL, which said tract has been purchased by the said Thomas S. Parker.  BOW KNOW YE, That the United States of America, in consideration of the premise, and in conformity with the several acts of Congress in such case made and provide, HAVE GIVEN AND GRANTED, and by these premises DO GIVE AND GRANT, unto the said Thomas S.
