To the Hon probate court of Hinds County

The petition of Daniel Hubbard of said county represents that several years ago James Sisson died instestate an seized a parcel of land of said county viz. S E Sec 36 T 15 R 5 East viz bounded N East sec 14 R 5 East according to the land office survey 338.88/100 acres that he left to widow Abigail who is still living and the following children. Henry and Mary, now the widow of Henry Boggs, children by a former wife. George, James, and Samuel, Martha E now the wife of James E Boyd,Anne E, William B and Thomas. That George and James have now died intestate without having married, the other children named are all living and all except (N) one are of full age..Your petitioner states that on the 27th Dec 1837 Henry Sisson conveyed to Batey Boggs his interest in his fathers land and also that the Deed being recorded on Book 1 page 437 of the office of this court. That on the 3rd October 1838 Henry Boggs and wife conveyed to the same Batey Boggs her interest in the same estate recorded in Book 2 page 481 that these two shares of the land afterwards vconveyed by Batey Boggs to H V Standard Book 14 page 329 again by H V Standard to T J Wells …………………..the rest unreadable…

(N) was added later looks as though it reads one then someone changed it to None…..Possibly because Anne E and Thomas were twins……….
