Literary Department per month $1.25 to $3.00
Drawing and painting per month $2.00 to $5.00
Instrumental music per month….$4.00
Board. Washing, lights, fuel and rooms all furnished except toilet articles for $7.00 per month.
Lots can be had cheap near the school building, for those who wish to build.
