We have examined 94 witnesses and found 32 bills, we examined jail and recommended that the Board of Supervisors put in new surage pipes and stools and a better sistemo of water works. We examined the list of pensioners of Lamar County and find all correct to the best of our knowledged; and having completed all our labors we respectfully asked to be discharged, C. F. reward of $100 for the arrest and delivery of one Oscar Jones to
the Sheriff of Lamar County who on the 4th day of June 1904
had killed and slain one Lawrence White, and who when arrested
was attempting to flee, and the court having heard the evidence,
and being satisfied that said Jackson is entitled to said reward, it is
thereupon considered by the court that said Jackson do have
and recover of said county of Lamar the sum of $100 upon
presentation to and allowance of the Board of Supervisors of said
county.
