July 21, 1923 Washington..Former Represenative Thomas U Sisson of Mississippi and Miss Cecil Brooks Norton, a leader in civic and educational affairs of Washington, were married here Saturday. The ceremony was performed by Bishop McDowell of Washington.in the presence of a few intimate friends. Mr Sisson who retired from Congress last March after serving fourteen years in the House, gave his age as 53. Miss Norton said she was 32.The couple will be at their home in Winona Miss after Oct 1.
