I nominate Josiah Simpson, of the Mississippi Territory, to be one of the Judges of the same Territory.

Harman Visger, of New York, to be Consul at Bristol, in Great Britain.

The will of Elizabeth H Carter Stanard widow of William Stanard of Roxybury and daughter of Edward Carter of Blenheim, Albermarle

Proved March 2, 1818

All estate to daughters, Virginia, Elizabeth, Ann, and Columbia and sons Eaton and Franklin. All other Children had received from their father, in his lifetime, property to a large amount, she now gives them nothing, except to her son William, her "long easy sedricksburg, executoitting" chair, and her silver caster, and to her daughter Sarah, two  silver ladles.
