        Governor Claiborne, of Mississippi Territory, has issued a proclamation, offering a reward of Fiver Hundred Dollars for apprehending Samson Mason and his associates, who have for some time infested that Territory, and have committed unparalleled outrage upon the property and persons of the citizens of the United States.
