New post offices have been established at Bolivar, Poinsett county, Ark., and White House, Warren county, Miss.

Several influential and noble-hearted women of Vicksburg have formed an Association to be called the "Episcopal Fund Association of Mississippi", the object being to provide a Bishop's residence, and aid in placing his salary beyond accident.
