2 Graves with broken headstones.   Pieces are missing.  Relative gathered them up and took them home.

Supposedly Adkinson graves.  Footstones have the initials of W. A. A. and C. A.  "W.A.A." and "C.A", is probably  William

A. Atkinson and his wife Caroline Covington Atkinson.  Story has it that a son destroyed the headstones.

WILLIAM A ATKINSON, Enlisted in Lauderdale County in the 6th Miss Caverly.  William is the son of Hugh Atkinson, an

early settler of Clarke County, MS.  info from Cynthia (Atkinson) Fowler

Many sunken graves at this graveyard.
