Here is a picture of my GGG Grandma Lucinda Bozarth Garretts brother, who was the first white male to be born in Adair Co., Mo.

He is buried at the Ringo Point Cemetary in which James Madison Bozarth owned the land that the cem. is on today back in 1875.
He was born in Adair Co., Mo. Dec 14, 1831. His parents were Hiram & Margaret Cleeton Bozarth.

They came to Adair Co. from Howard Co.,Mo. When they arrived it was part of Randolph Co.
In 1856 he was married to Rachel McPhetridge.

He served about a yr. in Co. B 39th Mo. Inf during the Civil War along with his brother
William Bozarth and his brother-in-law William O. Garrett (Whom died in Macon, Mo. from a log falling on him at the Blockade in Mexico, Mo.).
