MORRIS ERNEST BOTTOM
Morris E. Bottom, 77 of Kerrville, Texas, formerly of Independence, MO, died Wednesday (Nov. 25, 1981) at a hospital in Fredericksburg, TX.  He was born in Ruskin, Neb. and had lived in this area 18 years before moving to Kerrville.  Mr. Bottom was a printer for the Kansas City Star Co. before he retired in 1966.  He was a Mason.  He leaves a son, Marshall E. Bottom, Gladstone, MO; a daughter, Mrs. Linda Hahn, Dallas, TX; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.  Services will be at 11AM Saturday at the Bram-Clark Chapel, Kingston, MO; burial in the Kingston Cemetery.

MARCIA CLAIRE BOTTOM
Mrs. Marcia Claire Bottom, 56, of 1211 South Main St., Independence, MO died Sunday (Sept. 12, 1965) at a nursing home at 1041 West Truman Road, Independence.  She was born in Kingston, MO and lived in Independence 17 years.  She was a Presbyterian.  She leaves her husband, Morris Bottom of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Lynda Hahn, 905 Jefferson; a son, Marshall E. Bottom, 812 South Hawthorne, Independence; two brothers, Paul Palmer, 5933 Homes and Kenneth Palmer, Boulder, Col; a sister Mrs. Elsie Guffey, Kingston, MO; and one grandchild.  Services will be at 11 AM Wednesday at the Carson Chapel; graveside services at 2 PM Wednesday at the Kingston, MO [submitted by: Anna Newell src#2  2007 ]

Waldo E. Blevins Buried Thursday

memorial services for Waldo E. Blevins, 75, of Hamilton, were held Thursday at 2:00 p.m., at the Bram chapel at Hamilton,
conducted by the Rev. Jack Ward of Gilman City and Roy Gorham of Richmond. Interment was in the Highland cemetery at Hamilton.

Mr. Blevins did Tuesday night, May 14, at the Veterans hospital in Kansas City. He had been in ill health for several months and critically ill for a month.
He was the son of Hugh C. and Sarah Jane Blevins of Hamilton.
He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Church of Christ.
Mr. Blevins had been a mechanic in past years at Millville, Polo, Hamilton and St. Joseph.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Nannie Lee (Moberly) Blevins of the home; one brother Willis Blevins of Grand Junction, Colo., and eight nieces and nephews.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
