In the name of God, Amen,

I William Ziegenmeyer, of the County of Franklin, State Of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament:

After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath the sum of One Dollar to each of my children,namely: Henriette Friederike, now wife of Adolph Becker; Maria Florentine;Friedrich Arnold; Georg Eduard; Doretha Wilhelmine; Friedrich Ludwig; Otto Wilhelm Theodor, and Hermann Franz Julius.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real personal or mixed I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Lissette Ziegenmeyer, whom I also appoint as sole executrix of this my last will and testament,of whom no bond shall be required.

Should any of my estate which I have herein bequeathed to my wife be remaining at the death of my wife, then the same shall be equally divided among all my above named children, share and share alike.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 27th,day of November, A. D. 1903.
