SIMONDS - Mrs Lucelia was born 15 Apr 1832, in Buckland, Va; removed to Troy, Mo., when three years old, at which place she lived to the time of her death, which was 29 Oct 1877...She left a husband and 2 children to mourn her loss. Her remains were laid away in the beautiful cemetery of Troy, to wait the resurrection morn. - J N Keithly

Daughter of Silas R. and Mary Ellen Marsh Cox.
Married 9 Nov. 1915 to Lemiel Samuel Stonebarger, who died Nov. 6, 1931.

Harold Stonebarger and Leslie (Dick) of Troy
Daughter-Elise Cantage-St. Louis.

STOUT, ALLEN WAYNE
Visitation for the family of Allen Wayne Stout of Foley , Mo. , formerly of Elsberry , Mo. was held from 5-8 pm Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Allen, 15, died Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006 as a result of a single vehicle accident on Pike Road 202 north of Elsberry. He was born Dec. 29, 1990 in Quincy to Richard Guy and Jennifer Kathleen Smith Stout. For the past few months, Allen lived with his maternal grandmother, Rita Coleman of Foley and attended Winfield R-4 Schools as a freshman. Survivors include his mother, Jennifer Taylor of Elsberry; his father, Richard G. Stout of Rockport; and one sister, Jessica Taylor of Elsberry; his maternal grandmother, Rita Coleman of Foley; his paternal grandparents, Edward and Lynne Stout of Paynesville, Mo.; his great grandparents, Rose Coleman of Foley, and Velda Barnes of Rockport; several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the family of Allen Stout in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 107 South Fifth Street , Elsberry , Mo 63343 .
