The Fredericktown Council, known as St. Michael’s Branch Catholic Knights of Amerian, No. 682, was founded August 12, 1892, and the charter members were as follows:

. Eight of these charter members have since died; the others, we believe, with one or two exceptions, are still affiliated with the Order.
