Marriage of Photographer's Daughter Took Place Last Sunday

 

 

Miss Florence Holborn, daughter of Henry Holborn of the Holborn Studio, was married Sunday to William Gamm at Fredericktown.

 

Mr. Gamm is draughtsman for the Min eLa Mote Lead Company.

 

Mrs. Holborn and her daughter have been spending the summer at Fredericktown.  

 

The wedding was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Holborn and Mr. and Mrs. Carlin of St. Louis

Barber - Tidwell   

 

 

Mr. Clarence R. Barber and Miss Vinnie Tidwell were married at Celina, Texas, December 20, and are now at home in Fredericktown, Missouri.

 

Mr. Barber is one of the gold medal graduates of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and a valued pharmacist at Fredericktown.  

 

The young couple have many freined to wish them well in the new century.

Missing Girl Weds

 

Cape Girardeau, Missouri, November 20. (AP) --  Search for Maxine Davis, 17 year old co-ed, who disappeared Tuesday from a college dormitory here, was discontinued tonight when her father, Dr. C. U. Davis of Fredericktown, Missouri, was informed she had married Harold Combs, 20, also of Fredericktown.

Talley - Graham

 

Sixteen Years Ago   

 

W. E. Talley, cashier of the Farmers and Merchants Bank of this city, and Miss Byrd Graham of Fredericktown, were married at the home of the bride's parents, Mondy, October 3, 1898.

 

J. E. Franklin was acting as cashier of the Farmers and Merchants Bank during the week, the cashier, W. E. Talley, having gone away go get married.

Mr. R. O. Benton of this city will leave today for Fredericktown, Missouri, where he will be united in marriage to Miss Lillie Holland of that city.
