Berry - Thompson Marriage
Miss Alice Lou Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Thompson
of
Huntington,
became the bride of Mr. Otis Berry, son of Mr. and Mrs. O.
H. Berry of Monroe City, formerly of Hannibal, at Barry, Ill., Tuesday
afternoon.
Only immediate relatives were present at the marriage
ceremony which was read impressively by the Rev. C. B. Hilton, Baptist
minister, in his home, at two o'clock.
The bride wore at her wedding a smart fall costume of brown with
harmonizing accessories and had a corsage of roses.
Mr. Berry is a brother of Mrs. Clark Drennan, 822 North Sixth
street,
and is well known in this city where he formerly lived.
Dispensing with a wedding trip for the present, Mr. and Mrs. Berry
will live on a farm south of Monroe City.
