Thayer, MO–LINDA KAY HUDDLESTON, Titusville, FL, daughter of Amos and Jacqueline Watson, was born at Thayer and died April 29, 1999 at the Parrish Medical
Center in Titusville, FL at the age of 48 years.

Ms. Huddleston was born in Thayer and had lived in Kansas City, KS until 1977 when she moved to Titusville.

Survivors include one son, Jeffrey Huddleston and one daughter, Mellissa Huddleston, both of Titusville; her parents, Amos and Jacqueline Watson, Overland Park, KS;
two brothers, Steven Watson, Rifle, CO. And Keith Watson, Merriam, KS; four sisters, Catherine Watson, Overland Park, Norma Duncan, Thayer,
Peggy Kingsley, Shawnee, KS  and Carol Simpson, Higginsville, MO.

Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 3, 1999 at the Maple Hill Cemetery, Kansas City, KS
under the direction of the Maple Hill Funeral Home of Kansas City, KS.

Thomasville, MO–LILLIE DAVES MOODY, Thomasville, daughter of the late Asa and Bertha Elderly Daves, was born in Wayne County, MO on July 22, 1923 and died Monday, April 26, 1999 at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, MO at the age of 75 years, nine months, and four days.

On November 6, 1943 Lillie was married in Alton, MO to Cleo Miller, who preceded her in death May 8, 1983. She later married Jewell Moody, who also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Moody was a housewife and attended Alton Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include two children, Frank Miller and wife, Joann, Neodesha, KS and Jack Miller and wife, Janet, Birch Tree, MO; three grandchildren, Pamela Crews and husband, Mike, Rover, MO; Grant Miller, Joplin, MO and David Miller, Birch Tree; two great-grandchildren, Timothy and Taylor Crews, both of Rover; one brother, Wesley Daves and wife, Wanda, Birch Tree; one sister, Hazel Miller and husband, Arnold, Birch Tree; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; one brother, Marvin Daves; and two nieces and four nephews.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 1999 at the Alton Assembly of God Church with Revs. Dion Prewett and Terry Miller officiating under the direction of the Carter Funeral Home of West Plains. Interment was in the Huddleston Cemetery.

Alton, MO–BURTON HUTSON RALSTON, Alton, son of the late Leon and Linnie Hutson Ralston, was born December 6, 1927 in Oregon County, MO and died April 27, 1999
at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in St. Louis, MO at the age of 71 years, four months and 21 days.

Mr. Ralston was a member of the Alton VFW Post #1014, Masonic Lodge #255 and was a pilot.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene Ralston of Alton; one son, Mike Ralston of Alton; one sister, Dorothy Hamp of San Helena, CA; two brothers, Jerry Ralston of Springfield, MO
 and Joe Howard Ralston of Rochester, NH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Thomas Ralston.

Funeral services were held Friday, April 30, 1999 at 1:00 p.m. in the Clary Chapel with Revs. John Lewis Casey and Greg Watson officiating. Interment was in the Cave Springs Cemetery under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Alton.
