Can you identify the person in this photo? (Possibly Brown Family)

I have no idea what year the picture was taken  either.
Unknown Brown or Dowell Family. This family comes from Robert Brown b Abt. 1834 and died between 1900-1910 (parents unknown). Barbara Dowell b Oct 1840 and died 10 Mar 1930 in Nebraska City Nebraska. Barbara's parents are Elijah Dowell b 31 Mar 1820 in Kentucky and d 25 Jan 1903  Livingston, Missouri. and Mary "Polly" Fulton Haydn b 17 Dec 1823  in Kentucky and d 26 Jan 1917 Chillicothe, MO.  How I came about this picture is through Barbara Dowell and Robert Brown's G Granddaughter Bessie Mcvey Had it with all her Mcvey-Brown letters/pictures etc. Bessies mother Mary Agnes Brown who married William Oscar Mcvey. Mary was the daughter of Robert Brown and Barbara Dowell.
Now from my research and letters it seems that the Brown Family (children of Robert and Barbara) only lived in Livingston to the late 1800's and possibly before the 1900 census. Other than what I can prove is it seems the Brown's moved to Nebraska and Lawrence Missouri. The Mcvey's stayed in Shelby Missouri, Nebraska, and Colorado.  I have the death mentioned in Chillicothe Newspaper in 1930 of Barbara Dowell whose 2 brothers were still living in Livingston at the time. I have not done much research of Barbara's siblings or parents. So this is where I came up with my conclusion.
Margie Etheridge (GGG Granddaughter of Barbara Dowell n Robert Brown)

WRIGHT
Help! I have been looking for info on my grandmother for seems like forever and can not get any good info. Is there someone you can put in contact with me for help.
She was Mary Catherine Wright b: 13 Jul 1870 Married to Ernest Linwood Maupin from a Calhoun family.
I have their marriage license from Pettis County, Sedalia Mo. 08 Oct 1890.
I'm sure she was living in Sedalia at that time as she dated two of the Maupin brothers.
I see on the 1880 census there was a Mary C Wright Daughter of James C Wright and Eliza Wright but I have no way to connect or verify that is the correct family.
Hope you can send someone my way to maybe shed some light on this puzzle.
Thanks Richard Jackson
