NOTICE
A REGULAR meeting of the St. Louis Male Orphan Association, will be held in the School room of the Asylum, on Sunday the 2d of May, 1841, immediately after Vespers; members and others will please be punctual in attendance. The collection committee will be expected to make their report and returns, at the same time and place. 63 Orphan Boys, some of whom are confined, with the measles, in the Asylum, are objects of sympathy, in this benevolent community- It is hoped they will not be longer neglected. .  RURAL CEMETARY [sic]
A meeting will beheld at the Court House on Saturday afternoon., the 26th inst., at 4 o'clock, when the committee appointed to select a site and prepare fundamental articles of association, will report; at which time it is also proposed to elect Trustees. A general attendance is invited of all who feel the want of a handsome Cemetery.
