James Olin Fogleman was born February 8, 1948 and died May 18, 1969 in Kon Tum, Vietnam.

He was a United States Army Private First Class served with Company D, 35th Infantry, Fourth Infantry Division. He was killed in action from small arms fire while serving in South Vietnam
