Died in Beaufort Co., 6 Oct. 1836, our aged friend the Rev Humphrey WOOD. Born in Pasquotank Co., N.C, he was ordained Deacon by Bishop Asbury in 1796 and Elder by the same in 1799. A wife and two children survive. (V. 1, no. 36. 11 November 1836. p. 144.)
