Peele-Vick Cemetery

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
January 24, 2010 - This is a corrected account of the known people buried In the Peele-Vick Cemetery. This cemetery is located on the right side of Harrell Siding Road about 2 miles from Roxobel toward Aulander and about one mile before the railroad crossing. This area now has a Kelford address.
All of the Morris family, except Grady Morris are unmarked,  he has a grave marker from the funeral home.
The five Teaster children buried here are unmarked.
When the farm was sold to the Baker Family, the area was surveyed and deeded as a cemetery. At that point, with the help of donations from family members, we put a fence around the cemetery, planted Crepe Myrtles, and placed a stone engraved with Peele-Vick Cemetery. This was done in 2000. The attached information is a result of research and conversations with living relatives and as far as we know is correct. The maintenance of the Peele-Vick Cemetery is done by Edith Vick Wallace  and David Wallace.
