Personally appeared before me this day, Miles Abernathy who made oath that the annexed account, amounting to twenty two dollars, is just and true, that the same has not been paid, nor any part thereof, and that he is not indebted to the Confederate States on any account whatever, and that he is unable to procure a Descriptive List, or Certificate of Pay, due from the commanding officer of his company.
