MR. DETARGNY GOES TO CHARLESTON.
We find by the last Charleston papers, that the Rev. M. Detargny (for a short time Superintendent of the (Raleigh) Academy in this city) is appointed Pastor of the French Protestant Church in Charleston, and that on Sunday the 19th ult. he was ordained to the ministry by the Presbytery of that city.
