Kennedy, R.C- age about 72 years. Died July 19, 1917, at his home at Mt. Mourne. Three children survive. Miss Rose Kennedy of Charlotte, Clyde Kennedy of Norfolk,Va and Mrs. Sam Kelly of Kannapolis; also one brother and one sister, Rev J. C. Kennedy and Mrs. Puckett of Mt. Mourne. Buried at Mooresville Cemetery. He was a civil war veteran.
