York, Alfred - age 60 yrs old died at the home of his son. U.S. York in Union Grove Township Dec 23,1917. Surviving son, W.B , T.W ,Sim,Rome Sam and John York and 2 girls; Mrs. W.P. Sharpe and Mrs. Mary Speaks. One son Newton York is deceased. Buried at Winthrop Church.

Yount, Charlie- Age about 40 Died the first week in Dec of 1917. at his home in Kansas City. He was the brother of Mrs. M.J. Deitz of Statesville.
