FAMOUS STATESMAN DIES OF APOPLEXY
CHARLOTTE, N. C, April 15. Former Congressman Romolus Z,. Linney, noted politician and orator and one of the most picturesque statesmen North Carolina has produced, dropped dead of apoplexy today as he was entering his law office in Taylorsville, N. C.
