HIGH DEGREE MAS0N DIES AT CHARLOTTE Special to The Georgian. Charlotte, N. C. June 12--'Squire' D.G. Maxwell, one of the leading citizens of this place, and a thirty-third degree Mason, died at his home here Monday, after a long illness. 'Squire' Maxwell had been a United States commissioner and a Justice of the peace for many years, and was a landmark in the community. He leaves a family. The deceased at one time traveled Georgia and other states for the Singer and Howe sewing machine companies;
