ROCK HILL -- Mr. Bill C. McCormick, 75, of 1703 Colony Drive, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, in Orangeburg, S.C.
A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14 at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, with Pastor Steve Anglin officiating.
A native of Robeson, N.C., Mr. McCormick was the son of the late Dan McCormick and Betty Thompson McCormick. He was retired from Duke Power Company and a U.S. Air Force veteran. In addition to his parents, Mr. McCormick was preceded in death by his sisters, Peggy McCormick McAteer and Estelle McCormick Lockridge; his brother, James Robert McCormick; and his daughter, Ann Herring Davis.
Mr. McCormick is survived by one son, Mike McCormick, and one daughter, Cheryl McCormick Parker; two grandchildren of the home, Jennifer and Danny McCormick; three grandchildren of Rock Hill; and three great-grandchildren of Rock Hill.
The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
