Brevard, N.C. - Cordia Holden McGaha, 899, died June 8, 1990, at a Brevard health care center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Carson's Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Joe W. McGaha of Mauldin; two daughters, Ola Faye Lance and Celia Clark, both of Brevard; a stepson, Walter McGaha of Greenville; and a sister, Nora Heath of Brevard.
Services: 2 P.M. Sunday at Carson's Creek Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation: 7 to 9 P.M. Saturday at the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home, Brevard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carson's Creek Baptist Church, Brevard, N.C.

J.M. McGaha
BREVARD, N.C. - Joseph M. McGaha 82, of Brevard, died at 11 p.m. Friday at home after a long illness.
He was born in Transylvania County, N.C. He was a retired farmer and a member of Dunn's Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Cordie Holden McGaha; four sons, Joe McGaha of the home, Arthur and Phillip McGaha, both of Brevard and Walter McGaha of New York; and three daughter, Mrs. Ola Faye Lance, and Mrs. H.P. Clark, Both of Brevard and Mrs, Laura Scott of Pennsylvania.
Funeral sevices will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Carson's Creek Baptist Church by Rev. A.J. Trotter and Rev. Millo Hayes. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
Pallberers will be grandsons and nephews.
The body is at the home.
Moody-Choate Funeral Home is in Charge.
