Obit: Age 82, went to be with the Lord, November 11, 2009 at his home in Fullerton CA. He was surrounded by his family. Neal was born Jan. 1, 1927 in Burnsville, N.C. to Cornelius Letterman & Susan (Fox) Letterman. In 1953 he met the love of his life Betty Balzan they were married 48 wonderful years until her passing on July 11, 2001. He is survived by his 2 sisters, Lettie Hollingsworth & Juanita Pardo; 4 children, Sal, Angie, Evo, Tina; 8 grandchildren; & 8 great grandchildren. He was loved by so many because of his generosity and servant heart. Everyone has said that they will remember him most by his infectious smile & had the ability to make people smile. Neal loved working with his hands, reading and helping others. Our father taught us the importance of family & to love others as we love ourselves. His outlook on life and ability to find good in every situation and all the fond memories that he shared. We will never forget you Daddy.
     Visitation will be today, Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, 3-5 p.m. at Melrose Abbey Mortuary, Anaheim. 714-634-1981. Rosary Thrusday, 11/19 at 7:00 p.m. & services Friday, 11/20 at 10 a.m. both at St. Anthony's Church Guernsey, Wyo.
