Biographies


ROBERT G. NORHEIM, of the forty-first legislative district, was born at Stod, Norway, June 28 1877. His early education was acquired in his native land. On coming to the United States he entered the high school at Creseo, Ia., and later entered the law department of the University of North Dakota, from which he graduated in 1904. He is at present engaged in the practice of law at Alexander. He was appointed state's attorney for McKenzie county on its organization and elected to the same position in 1906. He is married. He was elected representative in 1910 and re-elected, 1912, as a republican.

N. F. SNYDER, Schafer, of the forty-first legislative district, was born in Mower county, Minn., Nov. 19, 1880. Came to North Dakota in 1891. and is at present engaged in the business of abstracter of titles. He held the position of United States Commissioner for two years. He is married. He was elected representative as a republican.

A. A. STENEHJEM, Arnegard, of the forty-first legislative district, was born at Grove, Minn. February 15, 1875. Received his education in the common and normal schools of his home state, and took up a business course in the Decorah institute. Came to North Dakota. August 1 1889 and went into the hardware business. He is at present engaged in the business of farming and stock raisins. Served as alderman for the city of Mayville one term. He is married and has five children. Was elected representative as a republican.
