E. L. GUNDERSON, Ray, of the forty-first legislative district, was born at St. Ansgar, Ia., November 21, 1877. Received his education at the Nora Springs Seminary, Iowa. Came to North Dakota, September 9, 1898, locating at Aneta where he remained five years engaged in the business of banking. He has held the position of president of the Ray school board for the past eight years. He is married and has four children. He was elected representative as a republican.

WILLARD B. OVERSON
, of Williston, senator from the forty-first legislative district, was born at Cambridge, Wis., November 28. 1872. He was married in June. 1906. to Miss Alice Dillon, a daughter of Colonel Moses Dillon, of Sterling, Ill. He was graduated at the Cambridge high school in 1890, from the University of Wisconsin in 1894, and from the law school of the same institution in 1896. He came to Williston in 1899. Was state's attorney in Williams county two terms, elected to the senate in 1908 and re-elected in 1912, as a republican.

W. G. OWENS, Williston, of the forty-first legislative district, was born at Sleepy Eye, Minn., July 7, 1877, and received his education in the high schools of his native state, and is a graduate at the University of Minnesota with the degree of L. L. B. Came to North Dakota in Feb., 1909 and is engaged in the practice of law. Was county attorney of Renville county, Minn., two terms, and assistant states attorney of Williams county, North Dakota. He is married and has two children. Was elected representative as a republican.
