Alie Buffam recognized by Queen Mary for Services in Athletic Work
Ray, N.D. Sept. 4 -- Allie Buffan, formerly with the Ray Brug Co, and crack pitcher for the Ray baseball team, who enlisted with a Canadian regiment at the start of the war, has been decorated by Queen Mary for distinctive service in the development of athletics among the Canadian troops at Cremshott camp, England.
