Clay
County Teachers' Institute
The
Clay County teachers' institute is in
session in the city. The opening
session was held yesterday afternoon.
Eighty-nine teachers were enrolled
and more are expected.
In
addition to the leading teachers of
the county as instructors; the following
from a distance are present:
Professor Searson of Omaha, Professor
Stevens of Fairbury and Mrs. Nicholls
of Lincoln.
The
session promises to be of universal
interest.
